- Quality Assurance
When you purchase through Naturval.es, you can feel safe and secure since Naturval is a company with extensive knowledge and experience in products derived from the bee hive. All products purchased from Naturval Apicola always have the necessary information in English, and our customer service is at your disposal in case of further inquiries.

- Return Policy
Complying with Article 40 of current legislation (47/2002 of December, the modification of 7 / 1996 of January 15th) for the Retail Trade, the customer has a right of withdrawal, and may return the product received if it is found that it does not meet the expectations, however the return of the product must take place in seven working days maximum (from the date of reception and according to the official labor calendar of the area where the product has been delivered), in its original packaging, without usage and returned through the same transport company that delivered the goods. The customer will be responsible for the expenses, as well as any damage to the product in such cases.
- Order Delivery
Once the purchase order is confirmed, the goods will be delivered within 2 working days to the indicated address on the order form.
Causes such as absence of the recipient, change of address or an incomplete address, holiday closures, late delivery during a second attempt, accidental causes or unpredicted events will not be considered as failure to comply with the delivery date.
- Delivery Costs
Naturval Apicola, in an attempt to provide the best price on delivery charges, will apply a fixed cost of:
- 6.50€ for up to 2 Kg
- 4.00€ for 2 to 10 Kg
- Orders of or above 10 Kg. will be delivered free of charge.
Rates apllied for deliveries within Spain.
For deliveries to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands or other destinations, please contact the Customer Service Department.
- Refund / Returns
In Naturval Apicola, our goal is customer satisfaction. Therefore, we want to ensure that the product purchased in our store will always correspond to your expectations. Should that not be the case, you have 7 working days from the date of reception of the goods to return the product.
You will have to contact us using the link below with your name, address, telephone number, identity card and the product you want to return. You will be contacted by our Customer Services department so as to arrange for the collection of the unwanted product.
The goods must be returned intact with the original packaging, and transport costs will be borne by the customer.
The refund will be made upon receipt of the items in Naturval Apícola, SL, ensuring that the goods are unused and in their original packaging. The purchase will be refunded (transport costs not included) in the same way in which it was made (except purchases made in cash, which will be returned via bank transfer).
In the event of a refund request, should the article not meet the above mentioned conditions, it will be forwarded to the customer and postage/transport charges must be borne by the customer.
No returns will be accepted for products that can be reproduced or copied, those which are used for personal hygiene, or those that due to their nature cannot be returned "(Retail Trade Art. 45).
